Ministry of food has many outlets in Singapore but this was my first time trying the food there. To me, I find that the variety is a bit limited. Each of us ordered a main meal for our dinner and shared some side dishes. The salmon was quite okay, still fresh but not as tasty as some other japanese restaurant. The hotpot was okay, just average standard. Nothing to shout about. Overall, I find this restaurant overrated. Maybe I will still patronize the outlet for their desserts.
