Had japanese food craving, wanted to eat variety of food so went to MOF at tampines. Soft shell crab is not crispy and very greasy (usually happen when fry food in low temp oil or double frying)Chicken Katsu Don was so-so, portion was smallFirst serving of Gyu hotpot was cold, unable to cook the beef properly (i know there's beef tartar but i want mine middle well). asked to change a new one, friendly manager immediately change a 'HOT' one.
