Ever since my very first try of portugese egg tarts in macau, I have fall in love with it. The portugese egg tart from Crystal Jade My Bread was quite nice although it was no longer piping hot. The crust was very crispy and flaky and the custard was quite sweet but it has a very nice taste. The top layer of the custard was slightly burnt but that is the way it should be, in order to bring out the aroma of the tarts. Although it cannot be compared to those in Macau but it is still very delicious
