Meeting mum out after her long day at work.We decided for some Chinese.And where else for some fail proof Chinese cuisine.Crystal Jade of course. And that's an order for a shrimp, egg and broccoli.That we loved. Initially, I thought it'd be served with some sort of a gravy.But it was delicious without any.The egg had speckles of spring onions and was slightly wet. For once, I loved the contrasting sweet plum sauce as a dip for the savoury crisp skin.
