We were on the prowl for some snacks after dinner and decided on satay since we were already at Chong Boon Market. However, we do want to order too much as you know it is very sinful and fattening. So 6 sticks of mutton satay and 1 rice would be enough for us. The satay was full of flavour and it smelt very fragrant because it was bbq. So 6 sticks of mutton satay and 1 rice would be enough for us. The satay was full of flavour and it smelt very fragrant because it was bbq. It was not overcooked, therefore there was still some moisture locked inside the meat. The meat was well marinated and the texture was tender. As for the peanut sauce, it would prefer it to be slightly thicker and with more peanuts. Overall, a good after dinner food.
