Naked Fish Express (Closed)

I had my first Naked Fish Express when I was walking around BukitPanjang Plaza. Initial impression was "what a weird name for a stall." then I was pretty surprised after ordering that it was served in NEWSPAPERS? and close look it was their personal company printed wrapper phew.
