I went to have ngoh hiang with my mum and sis at choa chu kang. Apparently it is one of the nicer ones in the area. We ordered a couple of dishes to share. Their prawn cracker was really good, very light and crispy. The prawn was very crunchy too. The ngoh hiang was very tasty, it was not too salty unlike other places. The toufu was really good.
