i visit the soup spoons' outlets during non-peak hours, usually around 8 pm for my snack w monthly chefs' special, mostly just a bread bowl with my selected soup at only $10 with NTUC card.This location is slightly dim and hidden in the crowded raffles xchange. This place is especially quiet and nice to go for catch ups i.e. during non peak hours.
