Today I was attending a event in Bugis. The event includes a dinner which uses this catering company.The buffet table is nicely placed in the centre of the walkway so that queues can be formed on both sides. The variety of food available looks Chinese or local. The dessert is grass jelly in a cup which you have to peel off the cover first before eating. Overall food is nice.
