I always liked the decor of the Soup restaurants. Besides the signature dish which is the Samsui Ginger Chicken, I also liked their steam minced pork with salted fish. This dish never fails to remind me of my childhood days as the taste of the minced meat was so savoury. It has a little fat in it and the meat was moist and it just taste like how my mother does it. This dish never fails to remind me of my childhood days as the taste of the minced meat was so savoury. It has a little fat in it and the meat was moist and it just taste like how my mother does it. It is hard to describe the those feelings. The salted fish was not that salty, instead it brings out the flavour of the pork and the combination was real excellent.

Other highly recommended dishes to try include their claypot dishes and their double boiled soups.
