They can heat up the dumpling for you when you buy it but it'll be in the microwave. I chose to heat up at home by steaming. When you steam the dumpling you can smell the leaves in the house. It's so fragrant! But the dumpling is very oily. I had to wash my cutlery and plates twice to get rid of the oil! I got the brown rice dumpling, which has glutinous rice mixed into the brown rice so it is still sticky. There is a small piece of mushroom and a whole chestnut in there. There is a big portion

There is a big portion of meat in there as well. Very very tasty and well-balanced and you can't stop eating it once you start. But it is very very oily. Recommended. But it is more expenisve than the advertised price online. When you buy in store it is $2.70 but online it is $2.20.
