A newly opened bakery near Somerset MRT station. It is quite big with both indoor and outdoor seating available. There is also a small machine to lift the wheel chair to the bakery from ground level. Wow very thoughtful.Portobello Sandwich ($9.80)The mushroom is very juicy, topped with juicy grilled vegetables such as tomatoes and cheese. Kumara & Bleu Quiche ($6.0)It is actually sweet potato & cheese quiche, but with the strong cheese the sweet potato tastes quite unique here.
Kougloff ($5.80/ Small)Inside it is quite plain filled with soft and fluffy bread, as well as, some dried fruit pieces and nuts.
Raspberry Tart ($8.0)I love its soft and crunchy base. Its sweet base kind of balance off the sourness of the raspberry.
Hot Chocolate ($6.50)It is not often that I could find a hot, not too sweet and thick chocolate in Singapore
Earl Grey ($5/ pot)Served in a pot with the tea in a tea bag form.
Overall the staff are still quite new. The young boy who has served us drinks looks quite inexperienced and unsteady in handling the cups. We are all like holding our breaths. He also later drops a tray of items at the drink counter which makes quite a loud noise in the otherwise quite place. Maybe its his first day. Poor boy but you have a long way to go. Overall very relaxing place with good and expensive food.
