A dinner date decided before 5 mins I knocked off from work, to ease both of us, I choose Holland Village and think we just find anything there. At first, we were thinking of having steamboat but looked at the queue, we decided to go for alternative. My friend then suggested, let's go for Vietnamese food. The only restaurant with Vietnamese cuisines at Holland Village, I only know Pho Hoa. Goi Cuon(Single $4.25++, Pair $7.95++) - Rolled in Vietnamese rice roll with shrimps, chicken, salad and Vietnamese Vermicelli. Tasted good but I feel expensive with a spring roll for $4.25++. I got P3 - Steak, Brisket pho($12.95++). I got the regular pho and like the broth, tasted good for me. The steak and brisket just nice and soft. You should try the chili, it is nice too. I forgot to take the picture of the raw vegetables that used to go with the pho. Mostly is bean sprout and another unknow vegetables. Some restaurant will provide mint too but usually I won't add to my pho. There is lime which goes well with pho. http://rainfooddiary.blogspot.sg/2013/07/pho-hoa.html
