Lavender-infused white mousse cake is the worst of all. A tasteless block of frozen whipped cream covered with sweeten mousse and topped with sour strawberry slices. I could hear the next table complaining about the same dessert too.Oven-baked Wagyu Tenderloin on Pumpkin Mash with Onion Confit - Request for middle-rare, but come middle-well. Taste wise well done. Salmon on sauteed vegetables - Abit oily but the salmon is juicy. Double-boiled Consomme with Oxtail Ravioli - The soup is full-bodied
