It was only sightly 2pm and they were out of breast meat. Must be a popular stall. For today, I didn't mind trying something else. I asked for a plate of boneless chicken rice without the skin. I was a little disappointed when they handled me the plate of chicken, the skins were still intacted. That was not all, the skins were really full of oily fats. The rice itself was tasty and fragrant. The shilli was moderately spicy. The chicken meat was oily, mainly because it wasn't breast meat. I had to slowly separate the fat from the meat before eating. It was just my personal preference and I would not penalise them for it. To be objective, the chicken rice of this stall was delifinitely better than an OK. In addition, they served lettuce and cucumber together with the chicken. A healthier choice compared to a most of the other chicken rice.
