Normally Yong Tou Fu Foo stall will use normal been hoon, rice noodle and thick yellow noodles to cook this dish. However here at Fu Lin, they actually used hand made thick rice noodles to go along with their yong tau foo. The taste was not alright and the thick dark gravy which are topped on the noodles are really thick and juicy. The minced meat used is also tender and soft, very chewable. However I should say this bowl of noodle don't really blend in with their slective range of yong tau
