This Ming’s Kitchen is located next to the Singapore Pool near the 24 hours NTUC in Clementi. It’s inside the coffee shop called Varinice. This coffee shop is crowded with people when dinner time. This Ming’s Kitchen is located next to the Singapore Pool near the 24 hours NTUC in Clementi. It’s inside the coffee shop called Varinice. This coffee shop is crowded with people when dinner time. They are selling zhi char kind of food including Chili Crab, BBQ Stingray, and so on. I’ve tried the Chili Crab before, it’s not bad. Usually, they are selling the crab at $3.50 per 100gram. I personally like their Hotplate Tofu. It’s a bit different from what I have in other food stall. The gravy is not watery and they add minced pork to cook together which it's give the sauce a good taste. You can find bean, carrot, button mushroom, shitake, prawn, egg and egg tofu on the plate. Previously they selling it at $8 but now they rose up the price to $9 maybe it’s too popular? Overall the food there is quite nice, except the Stingray. It’s doesn’t look like being BBQ. The Stingray is over soft like being steamed. The Stingray sauce is watery.
