I like the wanton mee at this stall. the noodles is very springy. Some wanton mee, you eat half way the noodles turn soggy but this stall’s noodles remained springy all the way. The char siew were sliced pretty thickly. However they did not taste very tough. I like the black sauce they add to the noodles. It is not too oily and not too salty. when you dip the char siew into the sauce, it taste even nicer.
