It was my first time at Jem and i decided to try smth that i never had before. So we came to Shin Kushiya for some japanese food. Flamed Salmon Sashimi Maki (SGD $15.60++) there are 2 types of toppings for this dish - Ikura / spicy mayonnaise and bonito flakes / mayonnaise. Personally i prefer the spicy mayonnaise but both taste good! only this dish that we ordered is valued for money.
Chicken Katsu Curry Don (SGD$15.80++) was a major disappointment and it is even a chef recommendation. The chicken is hard, and the Japanese curry is one of the most tasteless curry that i have ever had. for this dish i will give a 1/5 star rating. The total bill came up to be around $60 and we conclude that the quality of the food is not value for money.
