there are many good food stalls in tiong bahru. the noodles were done dry with a sauce that had enough spice for kick and keeps you going at the noodles.there was pork lard. just a little for fragrance.

get a portion of the roasted char siew from the stall on the opposite side of the market. that's a lot of yum for lunch!
