I attended the Oktoberfest celebration at Keppel Bay and they were serving pork knuckles from Paulaner Brauhaus. It looked so appetising that I ordered that one. And so, I took my knife and fork and started to dig in. I dont know if it was too cold, but the skin was a bit tough already. It took every ounce of my energy to slice it, chew it, and swallow. The meat was ok, nothing to shout about.

I loved the mashed potato that came with it, though. It was drenched generously in the gravy. As for the sauerkraut, I was not a big fan. Not surprisingly, it went really with the beer!
