Popeyes has really interesting sides that enable it to Stand out from other fast food joints that Serve fried chicken too. One side that stood out for me were the onion rings. The thin slices of onion were coated with a light batter that was fried to a crisp. The batter was spiced so that it had complexity of flavour and the batter was not limp and soft unlike many other fast food joints. A good effort overall.
