As there is a Swee Heng bakery near the market where I frequent, I will usually buy some cakes or breads from there for my children’s breakfast next day. I was looking around at its selection of cakes and I decided on this oreo chiffon cake. I chose this flavour as it is more rarely seen in neighbourhood bakeries. My children loved it. I myself loved the cake as well. It is light and spongy and the oreo taste is subtle but yet leaves me wanting for more bites of the cake to get more of the flavo

I myself loved the cake as well. It is light and spongy and the oreo taste is subtle but yet leaves me wanting for more bites of the cake to get more of the flavour. At only $2.50, this is really a very worth it and yummy cake.
