$2.50 gets you this lovely, breakfast-portioned plate of springy noodles, charsiew, a decent amount of vegetables (i do consider this imperative in the dish as it provides contrast) as well as 3 small dumplings. These dumplings are compactly wrapped with tasty minced meat, in a clear soup floating with spring onions. The balance of flavours in this dish harmonises effortlessly with the right touch of savouriness and (if you do opt for it) chilli. if you're feeling hungry, id say go for the $3 portion! Yum.

The aunty, incidentally, is also really friendly with the orders, so that's great news for us
