I guess don't really know how to eat this dish but the sauce was yummy, it was spicy and sour which opened up my appetite. This fried tofu with garlic topping was the second best among the dishes, the tofu was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The garlic topping gave a slight salty taste to the otherwise plain tofu. This asam fish head curry was spicy yet yummy, however, I find that the vegetables were slightly overcooked. The fish was rather fresh and had me craving for more. The dish is best eaten while hot because after the fire has ceased, i find that the taste had dropped by a big amount.

This seafood bee hoon tasted normal but the amount of seafood given was just right. Also, the bee hoon wasn't too watery and it served best with asam fish head curry.

This creamy crab was my least favourite
it had a strong coconut taste and after one spoonful of the sauce, i was sick of it. However, it was rather unique to see creamy crabs and it was my first time eating one!

This 4 kings vegetables was yummy, they were stir-fried with small shrimps which made the whole dish more tasty.

This fried chicken cubes in salted egg yolk was the best among all the dishes i tried. The chicken wasnt fried till too tough and the salted egg yolk gave the meat a distinct taste which made you coming for more. Also, I did not have the sick feeling after eating quite a lot of it so i would strongly recommend this dish if you are going to Shi Fu Ge.

This was sweet and sour pork, it tasted slightly hard and i was a bit sick of it. However, the chef achieved the sweet and sour balance, and with some sesame seeds added, the whole dish was still alright.
