This is a highly-raved eating place with menu items using Rabbit Brand Seafood for less than $10! Mind you, you get what you pay for! Do note that the place is rather small! Though my colleagues and I were the first few customers during lunchtime, a queue built up quickly. So, remember to beat the peak hours! I'm not exactly a seafood lover (no liking for shellfish/sotong-types), so most sets with abalone here were a turnoff for me. I settled for Set J - Shark's Fin + Scallop + Scrambled Egg +

I'm not exactly a seafood lover (no liking for shellfish/sotong-types), so most sets with abalone here were a turnoff for me. I settled for Set J - Shark's Fin + Scallop + Scrambled Egg + Rice (I changed it to Hor Fun w Scallop Sauce to try it) + Soup + Dessert. My colleagues and I also ordered a Spinach Tofu as a side dish.

When my set arrived, it looked like there were only Scrambled Egg + Hor Fun + Soup + Dessert. Where were the Shark's Fin and Scallop? I initially assumed they were fried together in the egg, but found out shortly that the 2 little "messes" beside the egg were the Shark's Fin and Scallop (all chopped up - looked like someone has chewed and spat it out). Honestly, I do not know if there are steps in eating this set or not, but I tasted the Shark's Fin and it was bland. Was I supposed to put it in the soup and drink it together? The Scallop was tasty, but ugly. If somebody had played a prank on me and chewed it before, I wouldn't know! That thought disgusted me and I did not finish it. The Scrambled Egg thankfully was tasty, but oh well, you can't really go wrong with eggs. The Hor Fun with Scallop Sauce reminded me of Ipoh Hor Fun, only the former was a less salty option. Soup and Dessert were average. Notice that lettuce was also given? I suppose I have to use it to wrap something? The set was full of mysteries!

The Spinach Tofu was special. The skin was slightly crispy and the insides were all soft. Good dish!!!

I'd probably return to try the Small Lobster Fried Rice (there is also an ala carte menu order). That looked like a popular order and the Lobster looked substantial. So, in conclusion, I'm not finished with this place!

Total Cost: Set J (Shark's Fin + Scallop + Scrambled Egg + Rice + Soup + Dessert) - $5.50
