Egg omelette here are served in a big round portion with quite many pieces of oysters on it. Medium size oysters are used for this dish and you can really feel that freshness with that 'poke' sound when you bite on it. The egg omelette is not too starchy and is quite chewy and with that slight crispyness for your every bites. The stall owner will only cook it upon your order so you will be assured that the plate of piping hot oyster omelette is served fresh to you. Do note slightly long queue
