I love the Pandan Cake frm Swee Heng. So I was very happy when my dad came home with a Pandan Cake bought frm there and immediately went to get a knife to cut them into pieces and have one for myself. The green colouring used for the pandan cake is a little too much though, one look and you can tell it is colouring. It kind of taste like colouring too, with a hint of Pandan to it. The cake is super soft though, which is why I liked it so much. It's airy and light, and I easily finished 3 pieces with all dunked in milk.

Overall, nice soft pandan cake but abit on the expensive side. But can't be helped as prices for ingredients are alwys increasing and they cant possibly alwys maintain their old pricing of $2.
