I bought the large pandan chiffon cake here and found it amazingly soft and moist inside! I used to patronise Bengawan Solo for their pandan cakes but after trying this, I think I'll switch to this as the moist texture is something I prefer. The special thing is that they keep it in the fridge. Apparently, it helps to keep it fresh and moist. Try not to slice it until you're going to eat it cos slicing it allows the air to dry it up. The large pandan chiffon cake is better than the small one cos the larger size helps to retain the moisture better so if you're thinking of buying it to keep several days in the fridge, go the the big one.
