I have tried paul in paris before, so I was very excited to know that they were coming to Singapore! Visited them to try the macarons which were raved about by friends. I ordered a lemon macaron, the small sized one, and was quite pleased with it. The lemon flavour shone through and was clearly distinguishable. The macaron shell was crisp on the outside and chewy on the interior. However I felt that the ground almonds used could have been abit too coarse as the macaron seemed abit too chewy
