I love the kou rou at penang specialties. The portion is very generous. It comes with rice, kou rou on a mini wok, vegetables and soup. The auntie will also add a dou kan into the kou rou mini wok. Despite the name kou rou, there is little to no fats in the dish. This is indeed healthier. The gravy is very thick yet not salty at all, when eaten with hot steamed rice, it is really tasty and yummy. The kou rou is very tender. They have other food served in mini wok like chicken curry, vinegar pork
