I went to Jurong Point branch for dinner on a weekday. It is rather crowded. I waited at the entrance for about a min and a young lady attended to me. She told me if I make a reservation. I told her no and she asked me if it is ok to wait for less than 10 mins. I said ok. Then she said something I feel a bit not good is, "Can you please go there and wait?” Woah.... I refresh her mind and she quickly guide me to a seat. I must comment that the service is good, food wise it is like average pizza hut’s pizza
