I went to Jurong Point Old town white coffee with a couple of friends for dinner. it was quite packed and there was no empty seats available. so we had to wait at the entrance. however, the thing was that the entire time we reached there, nobody bothered about us, no staff came and told us that there was no available seats and we had to wait a while. it was really POOR service. it felt like they didn't not want our patronisation. if not for my friend who wanted to eat their nasi lemak, the rest
only when someone got up to leave, then only they bothered to come to us. the thing was all the staffs were not busy at all, they just pretended we were not there.
i ordered their minced chicken rice. the chicken was a little spicy. it was qutie delicious. it came with an egg. but what is the point to have nice food but poor customer service? people would have walked off and won't even have a chance to taste their nice food.
Hope they do something about their service staff, especially THEIR MANAGER, who kept strolling past us and pretend never see us.
