My mother loves to eat popiah, sometimes she will even make our own popiah for dinner. Since she was craving for some nice popiah and we were in the vicinity of toa payoh, I drove her to old long house to for some delicious popiah. The popiah skin was very moist, it was very thin. I love their sweet sauce, it somehow adds more flavor to the turnip and carrots. The turnip and carrots were cooked till all their flavours are released.
