This dish is simply divine! It's made of egg tagliatelle, porcini and button mushrooms, sautéed with onion, white wine, fresh thyme and a touch of cream, topped with shaved parmesan. The combination of these ingredients is absolutely fantastic! The mushroom is juicy and well-seasoned. Also, the tagliatelle seems to slurp up all the sauce and tastes wonderful. It's not exactly a creamy sauce but does have a rich and creamy texture to it, which I adore! It's a must try dish if you visit Original Sin! It costs $26, not exactly cheap but worth a try once in a rare while.
