I went to ajisen with my sister. We both were craving for some tasty soup ramen and we will always get it from ajisen. I ordered the pork kimchi ramen. I feel that this ramen has all the flavours that will excite my stomach.Salty – the soup is salty, but not too salty. It is very tasty and goes well with the noodles. The soup is so delicious that it makes you wanna take mouth after mouth.Spicy – the kimchi is marinated and taste rather spicy. It gave the soup a little hotness.Sweet - the sweetne

Sweet - the sweetness the pork adds to the soup makes it very appetizing.
Sour – the kimchi adds a sourish taste to the soup to give it a contrast in flavour.
The ramen is simply delicious, very QQ and smooth. It does not stick to your teeth. I love the pork slices, it is sliced very thinly and don’t have any fats. Really tasty and satisfying for the palette.
