I ordered a takeaway of pork ribs rice back to the work place as it is too hot to eat in the food centre. The waiting time is around 10 minutes. The rice is just as it is, without too much of gravy from the pork ribs, so if you like having rice with gravy, it will be good to inform the kitchen about it. The portion of rice is quite a lot relative to the meat. I think it would be better if they add some cucumbers for some greens in the dish.
