I could not decide what to have at the clementi market so I ordered the char siew roast pork rice from lau phay chay. The char siew was thinly sliced and it was a little charred on the edges. The char siew was very tender and it was rather sweetish. The roast pork were very tender and tasty. It was very crispy too. They were very generous with their gravy and it was very tasty. The gravy was a little salty but went well with the rice. If the portion was a little more than it will be perfect.
