I ordered a plain prata for lunch as i was not too hungry. It was served promptly with a plate of curry sauce to my table. The texture of the prata was rather fluffy and light. The best way to enjoy this prata is to soak it in the curry sauce and let it absorded the aromatic curry taste then eat it. The spiciness level of this curry sauce is rather mild. There was a slight drop in the standard but still tasted quite good.
