It has been a while since I had prawn noodles, so I did not think twice about ordering this. The prawn noodles can be changed to whichever noodles that you want, so I chose to have a mixture of yellow noodles and kway tiao. I ordered the dry noodles since I am not eating it there and the noodles was still separate and distinct even after I reached home. The prawns are quite fresh and the noodles are nicely cooked and seasoned with the chilli as well as having the slight sweet taste from absorbing a little of the prawn stock that the stall owner poured into the packet. I will definitely try out the soup version next time.
