Photogenic dessert, I just love the way they presented the dish. The cream on top was extremely light and not sweet at all, gentle touch without a doubt. The fluffy alternating layers gave me a refreshing holiday feeling, calm and bliss. Spoonful each fork-down, it melted immediately in mouth, such a wonderful taste. High-end place of course justified a lavish charge, I was okay with the price tag since we had our enjoyable moment here.
