Flor is a Japanese style patisserie selling cakes and pastry created buy Chef Yamashita from Japan. They make very good cream cakes (according to cheese lover hubby) using good quality cream cheese in most of their sponge cakes (I am not a cheese person) accept for these two which I liked.Cacao Royal $6.60Dark chocolate sponge layered with thick chocolate ganache, covered in luscious chocolate glaze and topped with fresh berries. It is good...but not the best I had (I liked Awfully choc better).

Earl Grey Choco $6.95
This one surprises me! It is really tasty....a combi of earl grey cream, dark chocolate swiss roll with fresh banana slice in the center. This combination works extremely well, I can taste the 3 distinct flavors but they blend well with each other at the same time...well done Chef!
