Like any other ching tng, the ingredients from peanut ice kaching is more of less the same, consisting of longans, barley, agar strips, ginko nuts and a sweet syrup. What makes this bowl of Ching Tng so good is that the ice are finely cut till the pile of ices are so soft that when you place the mouthful of ice into your mouth, it melts gently on your tongue. Simply refreshing!

Service
Uncle took about 10 minutes to prepared 5 bowls of ching tng and served us with a smile.

Ambience
Quite crowded during tea break time in a hawker centre. Perhaps its near to CNY.

Price
$2 a bowl is consider pricy. Come to think of that since its refreshing and can actually quench our thirst. It's still worth!
