It took me around 25minutes of queuing before I can finally sit down with my bowl of beehoon for dinner. The long wait time is because each bowl is only prepared upon order which retains the freshness of each bowl. I went for milky soup version with fried fish. There is also the clear soup option as well as the non-fried fish option available for those who want a more healthier dinner. The fish soup base is so tasty! The fish soup base is so tasty! I love the milky broth and the richness of the soup after so many hours of simmering. The fried fish are also fresh and thick and very well seasoned. I slurped up every bit of the beehoon and the soup. It is definitely worth my effort to queue for this!
