Minestrone soup

I didn't quite like it, because I found the soup a little too thick for minestrone. It was also too sour for me, tasted like diluted tomato puree.

Cheese Baked Rice with Fish

This was good, served with a generous amount of cheese and fish. I didn't quite like the rice though, so I finished all the ingredients and cheese, but left the rice alone. It wasn't too much of a problem for me because even without the rice, the dish itself was already quite filling.

I finished my meal with a good warm Yuan Yang. I think this drink is most praise-worthy here because nobody else does a better job at preparing this drink than Xin Wang. The coffee and tea mixture was well-balanced and fragrant. Whether served iced cold or warm, this is my standard drink whenever I visit this restaurant.
