Cake History (Closed)

Grabbed this loaf of raisin bread off the counter for afternoon tea. To my disappointment, this loaf of raisin bread is superrrr oily, as you can see from the shiny appearance! But taste-wise and texture-wise, it was alright. The white bread was soft and fresh..delightful to eat on its own However, they can add more raisins to give a more satisfactory bite. Overall, it was delicious if you tear away the oily crust.
