Ichiban's desserts and takeaway section has the most delicious sponge cheese cake. Cheese cake has a nice brownish colour with its trademark cow mascot impression on it. love the texture of this cake - its firm on the outside, moist and cheesy on the inside.its best to finish it within the day you purchase it as it will start to lose a bit of its flavour the next day Overall i Love it! - makes a great light dessert & splendid for parties & celebrations!
