Today, I am at Orchard Road and looking for some local hawker food after shopping. I realize that this hawker stall selling Red Residue Sliced Fish Soup Mee Sue which is not easy to find it. It contains of slices of fish, vegetables, eggs and Red Residue. As what I known that the Red Residue is come from homemade Rice wine. Surprisingly that the combination of the fresh fish and the noodles soup are matching perfectly that make this fish noodles soup becomes very delicious without any stingy

As what I known that the Red Residue is come from homemade Rice wine. Surprisingly that the combination of the fresh fish and the noodles soup are matching perfectly that make this fish noodles soup becomes very delicious without any stingy smell. I like it.
