Emphasized on fruits desserts, Ritz Apple Strudel expanded dramatically and became famous recently. Apart from existing kiosk counters at several main shopping mall, it also appeared at various road shows or food festival booths held all over Singapore. Freshness was guaranteed, all pastries were prepared daily. Baked it until the crust turned into golden, outlay was crunchy and each layer was full of whipped apple cubes. Flaky and firm came in loaf, the sweetness was just nice. Half portion was priced at $12.50, very delightful.
