Located at the lobby of Park Regis Hotel, Suite 23 has a very relaxing ambience, spacious too. For $28++, you can enjoy a platter that consists of four different types of dessert, as well as free flow of coffee and tea. Creme brulee is very smooth and the caramelized topping is perfectly done. The apple crumble is my top pick out of all. It's very crunchy, with handful of almonds in there, enhancing the flavour by far. Together with the warmed apple chunks, it makes a gorgeous dessert!  Creme brulee is very smooth and the caramelized topping is perfectly done. The apple crumble is my top pick out of all. It's very crunchy, with handful of almonds in there, enhancing the flavour by far. Together with the warmed apple chunks, it makes a gorgeous dessert! The lemon tart is quite refreshing, and the tiramisu is well-balanced in terms of the coffee and liquior flavour.Make yourself comfy on the couch and do some reading here is absolutely a great way to spend your lazy weekend I would say.
